This deck is all around Etrata, the Silencer, the point is to get her out fast and then keep getting damage done by her to win.

Even though Search for Azcanta   does not specifically say suveil it does the same thing, and since the flip is a may ability it allows an extra surveil on the upkeep.

Winning strategy

The point is to either find Etrata, the Silencer and keep her to play, or put her into the graveyard to allow Lazav, the Multifarious to copy her ability. With Lazav, the Multifarious it gives 6 cards that can become her and attack. These cards will then be shuffled back into the library too.
