An aggro commander deck feels like a fun idea. I want to see how cheap I can go!

Edit- This is a decidedly different deck now than when I first imagined it: no longer purely penny-pinching, but much more menacing! Even with some concessions to quality, the deck remains collectively cost-conscious.
