Basically, as we exile our cards, and bring them back, or return them to our hand, we pump up our Ninth Bridge Patrol s. Our Torrential Gearhulks are key to keeping control, and also work as a sort of backup plan if our opponent gets a Solemnity.

In this deck specifically, it allows our Aviary Mechanic s to more efficiently pump up Ninth Bridge Patrol , Along with making Torrential Gearhulk more powerful. Expose Evil is really just there to help us clear the way for Ninth Bridge Patrol , and to help us draw cards.
