You want to have Fluctuator, Blasted Landscape , and any of the other cycle lands in your opening hand, which could also be another Blasted Landscape . This goes for all conditions.
Laboratory Maniac Win:
Turn 1: I play the cycle land that comes into play tapped or Blasted Landscape if I had 2 at the start.
Turn 2: I play Blasted Landscape and Fluctuator. During my opponent's end phase, I cycle until either A) I get Laboratory Maniac or B) I hit all of the other non cycle cards.
Turn 3: Tap one of the cycle lands to add 1 to my mana pool, play Dromar's Cavern , return the tapped one to my hand. Then tap the other cycle land and Dromar's Cavern for blue to play Laboratory Maniac, and cycle the rest of my deck for the win. Using Pact of Negation if needed.
Exsanguinate with Songs of the Damned

Haunting Misery with Dark Ritual Win:
Turn 1: Drop the cycle land that comes into play tapped, unless you had 2 of the Blasted Landscape , then drop that.
Turn 2: Drop the Blasted Landscape , and play Fluctuator. End turn, Cycle as much as you can during your opponent's end phase.
Turn 3: If you don't already have Exsanguinate, Dromar's Cavern , Pact of Negation, and Songs of the Damned, with at least 20(+) creatures in the graveyard. Go ahead and cycle until you meet all 5 of those requirements. Using Dromar's Cavern for that turn's land drop, AFTER you have tapped at least one land for mana. This will give you another cycle, in case you needed one. Then play Songs of the Damned to add 20(+) mana. Using Dromar's Cavern for B, if you didn't have a Polluted Mire , and tap the other land, along with the 1 floating, for 22(+) mana to cast Exsanguinate for the win. Using Pact of Negation if needed.
