This is a control deck. It is made to make the other person suffer, the more strength and toughness his/her creatures have, the better for you.

Defense

I'll start directly with defense. As you can see there are many walls in this decks and what do they do? defend. Each one can be useful in some situations, for example:

Living Wall and Fog Bank death can block creatures with deathtouch without dying, one because you can regenerate it and the other because it prevents all combat damage that would be dealed to it. Fog Bank also can block creatures with flying and can defend almost everything but hey the maximum amount of them is 4 and it has a really low toughness so a 1-mana-cost-red-damagedealing-spell can destroy it easily orr white spells such us destroy target blocking creature etc.

There are always creatures that have powerful attacking skills such as when this creature attacks it gets +X/+0 for each attacking creature. You can use Wall of Tears and Wall of Frost forcing them to remain one turn tapped with Wall of Frost and returning them to their controller's hand with Wall of Tears.

Creatures with flying are usually very annoying but you shouldn't have problems thanks to Wall of Air, Hover Barrier and Fog Bank( this is also your unique defense against creatures with trample).

Attacking

This can vary a lot, you should be careful, you shouldn't take control of creatures with no use but well with this deck you won't have many mental dilemmas because you will be able to take control of almost every creature he/she.

Strategies and combos:Call to the Kindred + wall . Almost all of your creatures are walls so this will help you in two things. On the one hand you will be able to built a very strong defense in no time and without using mana. On the other hand you will have more possibilities to draw the Willbreaker.

Alexi's Cloak&Willbreaker : It gives Willbreaker more possibilities to survive to the hate it will awaken, be sure to wait until it is the best moment to use it if you are comfortable defending.

Willbreaker+Downpour, Choking Tethers= Gain control of three or four creatures the opponent control at the same time.

Cerulean Wisps: Drawing a card and gaining control of one creature is handy.

Mind Games Cheap and handy if you control Willbreaker

Mind Control this is used before of having the Willbreaker on the battlefield. To control a very annoying crature.

Jace's Sanctum: There is a good number of instants in this deck so that's why this card is included in it.

Disadvantages: The most important thing is that without Willbreaker on the battlefield you won't probably be able to deal damage.
