"Why go through all the damning work of capturing and training a dragon when you can just build one?" - Anonymous
Witchstalker - A hexproof creature with whom also wears enchantments rather well. Not only does he wear enchantments well, but he makes the blue and black decks come up with different strategies. You better not use an instant on my turn without dealing with the repercussions.
Sylvan Caryatid - The best defender created? Quite possibly. With hexproof and the ability to create any color mana, it's awesome! It does work in those red aggro decks too. Three toughness is hard to beat when your creatures have two power.
Ghor-Clan Rampager - Sure this is a creature but I never play him like a creature. He always gets played for Bloodrush. Adding +4/+4 and trample is just awesome! Combined with a Bloodrushed Wasteland Viper and things can get nuts!
Dragon Mantle - The star of this deck. It replaces itself and gives my creature fire breathing all for one mana. THIS is how you make dragons. Shiv's Embrace? This costs a fourth of that and replaces itself. I love Dragon Mantle!
Boros Charm - Four damage to face, indestructible creatures or double strike. Take your pick. All of them are relevant!
Sphere of Safety - To stop those big monstrous decks and even aggro to a point. If they're using all of their mana to attack then they can't flood the board with extra creatures
After play testing this deck for about three hours on MTGO, I discovered that this deck has done very well. The only match I lost to was with a U/B mill deck that had both Jace, Memory Adept and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver in it. My opponent milled me out before I could beat him. Other than that, it has done very well against control, aggro and midrange.
TheLaw2013 I know. The name of the deck is a bit confusing when you realize there are no actual dragons found here. I'm building them instead!

Awesome idea, +1 :) love the different take on the hexproof archetype. Bant eat your heart out!

I love this deck! I have a similar concept (casual format) and is ree-donk-u-luss.
now, onto opinion.
Mistcutter Hydra - don't like in SB at all. You have a perfect creature setup. i would take all 3 out.
maybe 3 Glare of Heresy for those fucking elspeths and other crazy multicolored cards. very relevant

Shiv's Embrace literally makes dragons. It costs more than the mantle, but has a better base of 2/2 on it, plus firebreathing, plus flying. Just thought you might consider it if your going for a 'build a dragon' theme.

This deck has been pretty successful without flying. Trample seems to work just as well. I like Shiv's Embrace but Dragon Mantle only costs a single R mana while the former costs 2RR mana. Dragon Mantle also draws me a card which is really hard to pass up for only one mana. It works well into the curve, too.

Dragon Mantle i think is terrible here, also if there running devour flesh or any board wipe you lose. the meta right now is designed so this cannot work in stnd, works great in modern

seems to be light on white mana maybe change the base alittle?

White seems to be accommodated just fine, all the things that cost white are not going to be played right away, and whatever IS white, is fairly cheap. Also, @hellopeople4304 it seems dragon mantle is the key card in this deck, if you would read the description, or even check the name. Slow down and smell the burning roses.

I'm also running a similiar deck but with a splash of B instead of R. First of all +1 because in my opion hexproof is the best choice right now ;). But I want to mention some things.
Gladecover Scout and Witchstalker are your two only save targets to cast your enchantments on. These are 8 cards from which one has to be drawn which is not much if you ask me. Therefore I would add Commune with the Gods . Not only does it bring you to one of your two creatures, you can also fish for an important enchantment if you had one of your creatures on the battlefield already.
Another thing is that I would go 4x Boros Charm . The main reasons are Supreme Verdict and Anger of the Gods :D. The second reason is especially regarding your card choice. With the splash of R you go full damage but neglect defense. Its true that if you are lucky and have an Ethereal Armor on the first strike is pretty awesome. But you will have problems while attacking if not. A Gladecover Scout with Madcap Skills and Dragon Mantle is dangerous, but easy to destroy when blocked. Once your well enchantet creature dies its in most cases over. Boros Charm could help out on that. And the double strike is just puh...
Another problem you could have is getting your damage through. The only way is your trample from Unflinching Courage and Madcap Skills , which can be avoided if played wise. Also, you only have them 3x times mainboarded. You should think about Rogue's Passage or even adding Gift of Orzhova .

Voice of Resurgence could do some serious work here. Plus, he gives you presence after a wrath- this deck's bane.
