Firesong and Sunspeaker EDH deck that uses big mana for one or two explosive turns to win the game. Game plan is Early game: control, draw, layout a few non-threatening pieces that enable the big turn as I draw into them. Mid game: assemble big mana pieces, the necessary burn pieces, and watch the world burn!

Big Mana Enablers

These typically enable that one big turn: Mana Geyser, Treasonous Ogre, Neheb, the Eternal, and Inner Fire *** This may not look much by itself and Boros is not known for card draw, however a few cards in the draw section give this card tremendous potential.

Draw

Wheel of Fortune, Magus of the Wheel, Coercive Portal, Reforge the Soul, Jaya Ballard, Nahiri, the Harbinger, Mad Prophet, Runehorn Hellkite, Alhammarret's Archive,

Inner Fire Enablers Knollspine Dragon - This can draw quite a lot of cards just like Geth's Grimoire - Any wheel effect with this on the board will net a ton of cards in hand.

Board State

In addition to the red burn spells we dig pretty deep into white's arsenal of removal and board wipes and red artifact destruction. This is not a fast deck, board control is necessary to secure the path to that one big turn.

Recursion

Since there are a lot of wheel/discard effects I crammed in some instant/sorcery recursion. Still debating on creature recursion to get back key pieces like Treasonous Ogre or Neheb, the Eternal.

Protection

There are a few cards that protect my creatures and myself from burn, emphasis on the former because the Commander can offset the lifeloss to me.

Updates Add

Played a few games at my local game store with a casual pod with the current decklist. Overall impression is good. I didn't have early game mana issues like I did before. Land tax did work 1st game and armillary sphere helped second game. I definitely had to play a little politics because there were turns where I was drawing into nothing. Each burn spell I played shifted the game significantly and netted me between 70 to 100+ life. That's the fun part and a victory in itself. I closed one game with Aetherflux after gaining a ridiculous amount of life via blasphemous act. Another game I lost to a biorhythm effect despite having 100+ life. The deck can benefit from more consistent ways to find closers, so I might play around with including gamble and enlightened tutors and such.
