First Strike + Menace 5+ power, so that combat is both difficult and getting damage in early, while later instants can finish off or Hazoret can stave off an offense. I have a strategy for infect, mill, and damage, win conditions. I also have ways for defending against more specific threats in my sideboard, Act of Aggression is for things like Phyrexian Obliterator or Primordial Hydra (big/consequential). Guttural Response is for counter-spells (as well as multi/blue instants). Pyroclasm kills creature ramp (helps with tribal/hexproof decks). Shattering Blow Is great for any deck with key artifacts.
