The goal is to use Neoform and Teferi's Time Twist to abuse ETB effects to proliferate and win with Simic Ascendancy .

Pelt Collector and Hydroid Krasis are cards that might not be best for this deck, maybe you can change Pelt for Llanowar Elves . and two Krasis for either more Wilderness Reclamation and Path of Discovery . There might also exist better cards in the rest of WAR.

The planeswalkers in the maybe section are mostly finishers that could help close the game with fast ultimate effects from proliferating.

Update 1: After some testing going with Llanowar Elves is better than Pelt Collector since this deck does not run many cards that are that much stronger than the Collector so the Collector can't trigger its' ability enough, therefore the early ramp should be better.

As for the Hydroid Krasis their card draw is too strong so probably not changing their 3x.

Another idea that could work for this deck is running Sagas such as The Mending of Dominaria or Scapeshift with Evolution Sage for Sage's trigger.

1x Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter

can be changed for better cards.

Path of Discovery and Wilderness Reclamation might also be changeable for better cards.
