This is my take on an exalted deck, utilising deathtouch as a deterrent and using the Tormented Soul as the main attacker, or the Knight of Infamy /Knight of Glory should the situation be right.
Update-took out the typhoid rats and replaced them with the Silverblade Paladin 's and a Duty-Bound Dead , the Typhoid Rats was nice but I think id much preffer the Duty-Bound Dead as the one drop

I like exalted decks. Where's Sublime Archangel and Silverblade Paladin ? I think those are better power cards than Nefarox. Also, Undying Evil and Cloudshift are good to protect your creatures. also Essence Harvest is a beautiful game winner for exalted cards. Disciple of Bolas is also a nice card for exalted decks. Wouldnt Ajani, Caller of the Pride be a better alternative then the Silverblade Paladin ? Becuase Ajani can give both dubbel strike and flying
I like the exalted mechanics and based on it your deck it is set up very well. I don't know if you want to take this to FNMs and whatnot, but if you do you have to be real careful with board wipe cards or even gut shots since the exalted effect only takes place in combat. All the other phases leave them open for removal.
And you should add 4x Isolated Chapel
Seriously though... Essence Harvest .... is awesome. get your exalted to like an 8/7, then double it and gain that much life basically. I use it on cockatrice with Cloudshift and Undying Evil to protect my creatures. Those 3 are pretty essential.
How can you get Essence Harvest to crack during combat phase when exalted kicks in? Correct me if I'm wrong, but sorcery cards are played during your main phases only. If I'm wrong, let me know because that would tweak several things for me lol.

Essence Harvest and Disciple of Bolas can both be played in main phase 2 since +1/+1 lasts until end of turn. Thats why they are both EXTREMELY good and useful cards for this deck.
I have made a few tweaks to the deck with the suggestions mentioned, Essence Harvest is now in there, along with Silverblade Paladin I just cant think of what to trade out for Disciple of Bolas
