I think it's pretty obvious what's going on here.

But in case you don't get it

The point is to get out your smaller creatures quickly so that they acquire +1/+1 counters and level-up counters.

Then, once you get out a Throne of Geth you can start sacking your Core Prowlers and Coalition Relics (You can even sac Throne of Geth to itself to proliferate).

When you sac a Core Prowler you get to proliferate twice. Which means you get to add level counters on your Student of Warfares and Kazandu Tuskcallers, and any +1/+1 counters that they have acquired.

If your Ajani, Mentor of Heroes, Ajani Goldmane, or Ajani Steadfast are still on the field when you proliferate you get to add to their loyalty counters as well. If Ajani has at least 5 loyalty counters on him when you sac a Core Prowler, you can use his special and the game is basically over at that point.

Kazandu Tuskcaller sticks around in case your opponent(s) is running indestructible creatures or if he/she is getting out creatures quickly enough to block your Student of Warfare or Kazandu Blademaster every turn.

If you leave a Coalition Relic on the board, that you've been putting charge counters on, when you proliferate, you can increase the charge counters on it as well, increasing the amount of mana you can use on your next turn (this is not really part of the design of the deck, but if you really want to you can).

And as a surprise I didn't even put into the deck on purpose Although the idea is that you sac you Core Prowler the moment he touches the field, you can get him out early and swing with him, then you can increase any Poison Counters that he manages to get on your opponent.
