Frozen AEther + Stasis + Vedalken Mastermind = Hard Lock

Once the hard lock is in place, you can bounce Stasis back to your hand with Vedalken Mastermind at the end of your opponent's turn. All of their lands come into play tapped and they can't untap them. You get to untap all of your lands and play Stasis again before passing the turn.

Chronatog can be used to bleed your opponent dry or used to force them to deck themselves with Howling Mine.

Black Vise is usually the win condition. If I had the money, I'd replace Chronatog with Force of Will and bank on winning with Black Vice exclusively.
