I just wanted to dabble in all five colours for the fun of it. The deck kinda needs some help with the mana base though :-(

Yeah, 25 lands or more would probably be the way to go. You may want to consider Shimmering Grotto as a cheap. Also, Transguild Promenade will be another card to look out for when RTR comes out, as it is essentially Rupture Spire and will help a lot.
card:Wayfarer's Bauble is my favourite mana fixer. Though u might wanne concider running 2x basic lands if u want to use it. Or pritty much any card that has the inscription "search you libary for a basic land card" will do just fine. Such as card:Pilgrim's Eye for example.
Ponder or other deck manipulation, such as scry for example also helps a lot :)
I would put in some low mcc defenders in the deck, since 5 color decks often lose because they get punished hard in early game. Exept for Mana Leak u got nothing to defend urself with in early game.
Added an extra island, Whipflare s and swapped a drowned catacomb for a Hinterland Harbor . Going to swap a Glacial Fortress for a Sulfur Falls too. AND i also added in Balefire Dragon so i can figuratively bonfire them turn after turn...
Actually... make that an Isolated Chapel i'm swapping with a Sulfur Falls
why the sun titans? you can never fully utilize him. Primeval Titan would work much better in her
The only titans i got... and with Forbidden Alchemy it can ramp my mana a little. The original version by gerry thompson uses Snapcaster Mage which is really where the sun titan comes in handy... all i have to rely on in this are the flashback spells which should do enough board controlling until i get my threats on the table. Maybe use Dead Weight instead of Pillar of Flame to squeeze some more out of the titan

More land. In a 3 colour deck I wouldn't run less than 25 land. Though, there is a semi 'cheat' card coming up in RTR; Chromatic Lantern .
