Through the Breach or ramp into Emrakul with PrimeTime and simply win.

Edit: this list went 2-2-1 at SCG Columbus. We dropped due to the Storm player on the team going 1-4. The two wins were Mono-Red Phoenix (2-0) and Amulet Titan (2-0). The two losses were Hollow One (game three, had three Breach in hand but couldn’t draw a threat) and Mono-Red Eldrazi (Eldrazi Obligator is a hell of a thing when they steal your Ulamog). The draw was Mono-Green Tron (the other two games finished in minutes, so we played it out for fun. He never hit Tron and lost in the unrecorded game).
