Adding some glue —Oct. 30, 2018

Added some glue to the deck to make sure all the pieces stick together. The deck has loads of synergy but sometimes it's hard to find the pieces a card synergizes with so you're left with a bunch of half-built engines. So we added some tutor power.
Vampiric Tutor came in to replace Expedition Map. Worst case scenario, is you search for the land that Expedition Map would have gotten you. However, the deck really wants some sort of engine in play early on, Whether it's a Land Tax, a Phyrexian Arena or a Sol Ring to ramp you into your big plays. Vampiric Tutor does all that at the cost of some card advantage.
Overseer of the Damned was removed because it's a bit clunky. It's a fine 7 drop but it isn't exactly the biggest bomb you can play. Since the deck currently is suffering a bit under its weight (curve issues) we're cutting some of the high end in favor of some low end like Darksteel Ingot.
Archangel of Thune, while very good in a vacuum and having good synergy with wide boards, is a bit of a relic of the past. In earlier iterations there was a lot more incidental lifegain like extort, Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim and Ghost Council of Orzhova. Now it's solely up to High Market and Diamond Valley to give you a boost pre-combat. The fact that Archangel stayed in the deck for so long while the life-gain slowly disappeared says enough about the strength of the card, however it needs to make room for some better synergy.
Sidisi was in earlier iterations of the deck and is now back. The meta is doing some more unfair things so we would like some additional tutor power to be ready with answers. Additionally, with Fall of the Thran it's got a potent finisher so being able to find it or one of its synergistic pieces helps a lot. The old play of exploiting itself and fetching Corpse Dance is still there, allowing you to go nuts with tutors.

This HAS to be the most expensive Teysa deck I've ever seen!

Probably the most expensive EDH deck I've seen overall.
But I do love the list after only reading a few cards. I like the fact that it's not combo. Teysa was my first "competitive" build with every other card being a combo piece and that's kind of why I stopped playing her. BUT, I'm thinking of rebuilding her :)
I'm really curious how Darkest Hour interacts with Divine Visitation since both are basically replacement effects, hmm
*Even though I've read that Darkest Hour is a continuous effect? Idk. I just started reading about the layer system and I'm no judge lol
Anyway, Nice List!

Fektoer I get that it has flash, but aside from that, why Dictate of Erebos instead of Grave Pact???

WunderlichDrums two black is often more castable than 3 black even though it cost one more.

Amyas I guess, yeah. I don't really have trouble hitting triple black in my Marchesa deck though, but I guess I can see why you'd choose dictate over it though.

Amyas Maybe I'm just excited this card's ability was recently clarified by some rules change, but you know what seems like It'd be awesome in a Teysa token build?
