This is a Copy Cat / Kiki Pod combo deck. Saheeli Rai combos with Felidar Guardian , and Prime Speaker Vannifar adds more ways to get the cat. If you dont have Saheeli Rai you can assemble the Kiki combo with Prime Speaker Vannifar and any other creature.

You need a dork and either Saheeli Rai + Felidar Guardian or Saheeli Rai + Prime Speaker Vannifar to combo turn 3. You can combo with only Prime Speaker Vannifar and any creature, but with Saheeli Rai you can do it the turn you play Vannifar.
