This looks like a really enjoyable deck, however, my first thoughts are is that it is quite slow, possibly some more ramp may help get your threats out sooner. The Farseek are great but it feels like you need more. Possibly try Arbor Elf or maybe one of the keyrunes. Just a thought as this feels like a good aggro deck would beat this before it got a chance to wind up. Hope this helps :)
You can use Arbor Elf to untap Breeding Pool and Overgrown Tomb .
I think you should drop 2 Syncopate for two more lands. I am like you. I always ran only 20 lands because I wanted to have a bunch of spells. After getting shat on over and over again I decided to change my ways. So instead of running 33%, I've upped it to around 40% and now my deck are a lot more consistent.
