Control/Tempo until Primal Amulet pops, then go full aggro, and since Primal Amulet isn't legendary, you can copy lightning strike twice or similar spells and you finish the opponent off with either the flyers or a lot of burn. The biggest combo would be getting your primal amulet out and double Torment of Hailfire, but running more then one would be difficult.

I would like some serious help with this deck with mostly better instants, I also considered running cards such as hijack, but not sure if they are necessary.

I know it would be better with better lands but I tried to make this deck sorta budget.

Side notes: Sword-Diplomacy is usually either a 3 mana draw three or a 3 mana deal 9 damage card, when you combine this with two primal amulets or even just one, they usually have to give you the cards cause they have to respect your damage. Also you need to conserve your Lightning Strikes as they are the easiest way to reliably kill your opponent.
