Yup, that's right. U/W Mono-Flyers. Pump your Fly Guys with Favorable Winds and Empyrean Eagle , then cast Sephara, Sky's Blade on Turn 4 and make your opponents concede. Fun. If you ever hard-cast Sephara, you're not playing the deck right. It can be a little weak around Mono-red. If anyone has advice for that, I'd love to hear it.
