Early Game: Ramp and put up the walls

Mid Game: Politics and disruption to secure your position

Late Game: Proliferate to let the final poison counters sink in

Deck might need more protection/prison elements to really let the poison flow. It's not as powerful as it COULD BE, but flavor trumps function, at least in the scope of this deck. Feedback needed, I'm trying to be strong without being overbearing and fun without being durdle-y.
