This deck started just as a pretty basic deck with big monsters with haste. Then I saw some of my friends in my play group playing with artifact decks and I was intrigued by the synergy with those kind of cards, so I decided to try something simular.

However; all of my friends' artifact decks were Blue. I, myself, am an idiot and love my stupid and fast red creatures, so I decided to make my artifact deck Red. Fortunately for me; the new commander decks were just coming out and the red one was artifact themed.

It lacked the umph I wanted to my deck to have so I threw in some of those stupid creatures I mentioned before and made some other tweaks like adding in Howling Mine, Font of Mythos and Gate to the AEther because those are cards that everyone likes and wants to keep around but I'm the one that benefits the most out of them.

Daretti, Scrap Savant was meant to be the General of this deck but I think that Urabrask the Hidden is just awesome because of his second ability that foils so many opponent's plans and basically you can give your creatures haste almost whenever you'd like, which makes everything more snappy and more unpredictable. Also; Urabrask the Hidden can kill with commander damage, which I have done many times.
