A discard deck is powerful, but a common problem these decks have is that all discarding spells have sorcery speed. This problem has been solved by the use of Leyline of Anticipation, taking a discard deck to the next level and making the oponent discard whatever he/she draws during his drawing phase. On top of that, Painful Quandary will make those instants very painful to be played.Now imagine playing Psychic Miasma while the oponent just drew a card, discarding a land and bouncing it back to your hand.Ofc take a look at Quest for the Nihil Stone as well.
