Just me experimenting with Trostani as my commander.
I have 3 strategies as win conditions.
I am too lazy to explain right now, so... Populate the board, feed the population 'steroids', my life span gets longer which ultimately makes me and my population stronger. =)
Also to consider would be Emeria, The Sky Ruin , though you might want to try to fit in a few more plains or Prismatic Omen if you do.
Also Proper Burial to go with your feed the back, and is even better with Emeria.
