Vial Smasher the Fierce draws a lot of hate at most tables I play on. So I mainly use him as a lightning rod for removal while I get my real engine going. Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix can generate a lot of mana and you really only need to untap with it once to win the game.

Because I really want to get a full turn of of Kydele I added vedalken orrey and Leyline of Anticipation so I can flash her in at the end of a turn. These cards have the added bonus of letting me cast any spell during an opponents turn to make Vial Smasher a more effective damage engine.

Umbral Mantle , Staff of Domination , and Sword of the Paruns to help me generate infinite mana as long as I've drawn 4 or more cards in one turn. If I can't go infinite I have a few cards to allow me to hold onto the mana for my big turn. Astral Cornucopia , Gemstone Array , and Kruphix, God of Horizons ; there is also an Omniscience so mana becomes less important. I have most of the traditional finishers for a infinite mana engine Villainous Wealth , Blue Sun's Zenith , Torment of Hailfire and Comet Storm .

All I need to do now is draw cards. I was really focused on ways to draw that didn't cost me mana so I could get a lot of collateral damage in with Vial Smasher. That is why Teferi's Puzzle Box , Whirlpool Warrior , Temple Bell , Rites of Flourishing , Jace's Archivist , Dictate of Kruphix , Font of Mythos , and Forgotten Creation are my main sources of draw. There are also several wheel effects that help me dig through my deck and disrupt my opponents' plans. I also enjoy using the one sided wheels of Arjun, the Shifting Flame and Mindmoil .

Since I had so many wheel effects in the deck. I felt that cards like Fate Unraveler and Nekusar, the Mindrazer would occasionally do a lot of damage. Notion Thief can be brutal when my wheels resolve and Waste Not is just such a good value engine when you make everyone discard.

With all the wheel effects and extra card draw that I am running I worry about milling myself so I put Elixir of Immortality and Midnight Clock in to prevent the self mill.

I really enjoy winning in different ways and this deck can do a lot of different things well:

Big draws with Psychosis Crawler . Peer into the Abyss makes a nice combo engine Vial Smasher the Fierce just doing strange amounts of incremental damage. Mind's Dilation even allow my opponents to randomlhy hit themselves. Ominous Seas , Xyris, the Writhing Storm , Waste Not , The Locust God , and Chasm Skulker for a surprise token swarm Glint-Horn Buccaneer with all the wheel effects this can sneak in a lot of damage.
