The goal of this deck is too make my opponent unable to play his/her cards and unable to attack. This deck is especially mean against red and blue thanks to cards like Curse of Exhaustion and Grand Abolisher. I can use any combination of Silent Arbiter, Magus of the Moat and Windborn Muse to prevent my opponent from attacking my with a large number of creatures. Then use Vedalken Mastermind to bounce back my Silent Arbiter when I play a Concerted Effort.
