Trying to create a Commander/EDH deck with a "Pokemon" theme, using the Evolve and Level Up mechanics, as well as Proliferate, since there will be counters everywhere. Rubinia's ability "captures" creatures. She's even the Faerie type!

There are "capture" mechanics like exile/control target creature enchantments or creatures that exile (trainers), and bounce (Return!) spells.

Having never made an EDH/Commander deck before, I am looking for suggestions, especially for the manabase. But! I am trying to keep the "Pokemon" theme.
