This deck has several small combos that offers a multiple ways to play the deck, while being fairly well coherent.

Of course you can use Blighted Agent + Thrummingbird + Steady Progress + Deepglow Skate to win by 10 poison counters by turn 5.

Alternatively Chasm Skulker + Sage of Fables gives you endless milling and lets you level up another Chasm Skulker if you have two on the field.

Utilizing Sage of Fables + Lighthouse Chronologist + Thrummingbird + Steady Progress can give you a both a strong and fully leveled Lighthouse Chronologist which gives you extra turns to enjoy. This is great for obvious reasons.

Counterspell + Neurok Stealthsuit will protect whatever critical creatures you need at the moment.

Temporal Mastery is there for luck; playing it for its miracle cost early on can give you a critical edge with an extra turn for to play another land, set up a defense, mill, level up, etc.
