Built around Dictate of the Twin Gods. The general strategy is to stall out the oppponent with damage prevention, minor red removal, board wipe with Anger of the Gods, draw amd discard cards with Tormenting Voices until I get Dictate of the Twin Gods out and hit them with flyers or Polis Crusher with trample and or monstrosity.

This is not a well thought of idea It probably requires some tweaks but this is a prototype!

Tormenting Voices discard priority:

1. Basic lands if you have lands in hand or already have 4 lands on field.
2. Lightning strike
3. Creatures if you already have them on field.

You just need your creatures to have up to 10 power total. Stall and draw your opponent into leaving themselves open. Nullify what would be a fatal blow to your life. Attack with everything you got and flash in Dictate for the win.
