This is a fun little budget deck that is meant to mill win combo with Flayer Husk + Grinding Station + Salvaging Station

It has a steady turn 5/6 win combo, but if you're lucky you can get the God hand turn 4 win. If you don't see the combo win in your hand or coming anytime soon fear not! As the deck is basically tribal Vedalken or Artificer, you can just swarm the field with creatures getting a buff from Obelisk of Urd which is searchable off of 8 cards. Also Grand Architect helps give you a boost as well.So enjoy! Maybe help with some ideas?

Also I hope you can appreciate the joke in the name of the deck. The totally mana cost for the combo pieces is 9, 3 cards with a germ token that spawns every time. So it's the "4th" card. So yeah 9 3/4
