the main thing is i want to be able have jeleva enter the battlefield a lot. she costs 4 so i want to do this on turn 4 or sooner, but i also want to be able to unsummon her and cast her again from the hand as much as possible so she can enter the battlefield again and exile a bunch of spells. casting from the hand avoids the commander tax, but casting from the command zone exiles more cards; both things are good.

then, using the when-jeleva-attacks ability, get all kinds of fucked up chaos shit to happen. (i'll probably also want to give her haste)

jeleva wants instants and sorceries in the deck but she's also tribal, if i can put out wizards and vampires, and also effects that buff wizards and vampires, i'll do that.

i think i want to win with the instants and sorceries she exiles (both from me and from other players) but if i can figure out a way to pump her for a bunch of commander damage i'll do that too. but what i really want is all kinds of chaos shit and i dont care about winning if i can do something weird and cool...
