For budgetary reasons and because as a turn 4 or 5 play, Guardmage is strictly better than Krasis. What? Shocking, I know. Krasis really only existed in this deck as a life gain and card draw engine. You don't want to be playing him late enough to become a monster because you should have hit all the conditions for Happily to win you the game by then.
