This build is a combo deck, designed to assemble a combo that will let you draw your deck, usually winning with Laboratory Maniac. While red is lacking in good tutors, blue gives us access to Mystical Tutor, Trinket Mage, Trophy Mage, and Fabricate. This makes it fairly easy to find the combo pieces you need to win. Aside from the tutors, the deck is packed with wheel effects, cantrips, cycling lands and other card draw to help find a combo. The Locust God takes good advantage of the deck's ability to dig, weaponizing card draw into hasty 1/1 beaters.

Combos/Win Conditions:

Ashnods Alter+Skullclamp either nets colorless mana or locusts, and lets you draw the deck for a Laboratory Maniac win

Isochron Scepter+Dramatic Reversal/Paradox Engine and artifact(s) that tap for 3 mana=infinite mana

Opposition can turn your locusts into stax pieces, and shut off an opponents access to lands

Purphoros/impact tremors can close a game out in short order and give double value to your locusts

Hasty 1/1 flyer value from Locust God make good enough beaters to close out the game if you can't assemble any combos.

Dream Halls can almost always win if it resolves. With 10 wheels in the deck, if you have a big enough hand you'll almost always wheel into another, eventually assembling a combo.

Not the most competitive build but can still close out the game fairly quickly and is resilient to a lot of hate. I would like to add in Phyrexian Altar, more low CMC artifact ramp, Force of Will/Pact of Negation, better lands, and maybe Shared Animosity for locust beats. Suggestions welcome.
