This is a pretty well tuned +1/+1 Simic deck helmed by Pir and Toothy.

The idea is to get a lot of counters onto your creatures, taking advantage of bonuses from Pir, Imaginative Rascal, Doubling Season, and Hardened Scales. Once counters are on creatures, it you can move them around, as the doubling effects will re-apply. This makes Simic Guildmage, Forgotten Ancient, and Spike Weaver especially useful.

The main way that the deck will win is by swinging in with an enormous Toothy, Imaginary Friend. Given a few turns to accumulate counters, this guy can get huge.

The deck also includes a small suite of land-based ramp and a number of card-draw spells to keep the gas going all game long. The two charge-counter artifacts, Astral Cornucopia and Everflowing Chalice also take advantage of bonus counters. The card-draw is designed to be more consistent, instead of being spell-based, with cards like Rhystic Study, Fathom Mage, Magus of the Future, Oracle of Mul Daya, Bident of Thassa, and of course Toothy himself.

A few notes on playing this deck. The deck has only one board-wipe: Cyclonic Rift. While it may be the best board wipe available, one wipe is not always going to do it. Be wary of what other decks are playing. To help defend against wipes, Temur Sabertooth can bounce cards back to your hand, and Thassa, God of the Sea and Nylea, God of the Hunt can hopefully survive on indestructibility. If you do get wiped, you should pick up a full grip (or more) from Toothy and be able to get going again quickly.

One note: be wary of how large toothy can get. If he gets too large, you can self-mill to your death. If you library is running low, you can't put him onto the battlefield.

Shout-out to Nick for beating me with my own deck.
