This be the 7th iteration or so of a Pir and Toothy EDH deck for me, on my quest to prove that Pir and Toothy are the best Simic commanders of all time. They do it all.

On this, their first trip to Theros, things get enchantmenty.

Rarity Restrictions. My playgroup has implemented rarity restrictions in our builds, to achieve consistent group parity: 10% Mythic, 20% Rare, and 30% Uncommons; this includes commander(s) and lands, but trade-downs are possible, 1:1. Also, lowest rarity printing ever is what counts, regardless of what's sleeved up.
