As I continue to be impressed by Merfolk Secretkeeper, the need for Strategic Planning has lessened. Swapping it out for Thrill for now.

Courtney43 The point is to always put the two into the graveyard to fuel the strongest card in the deck, Treasure Cruise which is why this build and most builds of Phoenix have moved to 2-3 copies of Strategic Planning over Thrill of Possibility . As to Mission Briefing , it is an overall weak card that isn't as strong as Finale of Promise and finale has proven to not be good enough as long as Treasure Cruise is legal.
