UR Flurry of Horns control without Pieces of the Puzzle. Flurry is really just one of the best wincons in UR. Gettin 2 2/3s means your opponent's will often need 2 removal spells to deal with them since most common sweepers don't (Electrickery, Evincar's Justice, Echoing Decay, etc.). They also dodge some of the most efficient removal completely (Disfigure, Magma Spray, Firebolt, Pyroblast). Against aggro decks, 2/3 is a good sized for blocking Stompy's 2/2s and they can team up to block Affinity's 4/4s. Finally, on an empty board they provide a 5 turn clock which is nice for closing out games.
