I built my first deck based on the "One Time Too Many - Phenax $40 Budget Mill" deck by hosshughes. I swapped out some cards choosing from some of the suggested upgrades. It did not do well in real life, most likely due to my skills being a new to MTG, not the build.

Looking for improvements and suggestions to make it better. I know I just need too play more and familiar. Thanks.
