Original Build from MTGGoldfish. 2015 post by Tomer Abramovici. This is a slightly modified version for the sake of personal library, updated cards, and upgrades while maintaining the budget format. Mill opponents with Phenax's ability to give all creatures you control mill capabilities. Tough defending creatures will protect and mill while some creatures will grow from the abundance of cards in graveyard. Take control by discarding and playing from opponents' graveyards.
