Reasons why I made this:

1) Phenax likes big butts. I like big butts. #commoninterests

2) People hate on this God. They says he's garbage. I like proving people wrong. #naysaythenaysayers

3) I can win with him. The feels that people get when they lose to this deck. #MFWfatalities

All joking aside, I want this to be competitive. I know that this isn't quite there yet, but it will be. The main win con is to get out Prophet of Kruphix and drop Phenax, God of Deception a half turn later. I typically have a board state in play when this happens so that I can mill my opponents in a turn and a half. I would appreciate some help to make it better.
