The strategy is to hide behind the enchantments and play political games until you ignite the combo with Birds of Paradise or Treetop Village + Intruder Alarm and Phelddagrif. You give your opponent a million little hippos and take them with Reins of Power or let them kill your opponents with Suture Priest or Angel's Trumpet.
