Phased deck on a budget. Ever wanted to try out the seemingly useless "Phasing" ability to your advantage? This deck aims to use a combination of Stasis Vedalken Mastermind and Teferi's Veil with Worldfire. With this, your opponent cannot untap and you can bounce stasis so that you can untap. Creatures such as Hell's Thunder Lightning Serpent and the elemental produced by Zektar Shrine Expedition combo with Teferi's Veil very well especially when attached with Aqueous Form. This deck isn't powerful compared to pretty much anything else you can build, but I feel it's a fun iteration of a phased based deck. Great for casual play, obviously sucks for ANYTHING else.
