Pharika has joined the political race for the upcoming elections. She's going to help everyone, but will also give a little more attention to the less fortunate. She's here with her entourage of snake lawyers that will get you out of many sticky situations.

However, like most politicians, Pharika actually has a corrupt agenda. While she's hugging everyone and making sure that the group is having fun, she is preparing to stab every one of her supporters in the back and come out on top as America's Second Dictator.

This group hug deck includes one of the jankiest combos you can possibly find. With Devoted Druid + Quill Spike + Voyaging Satyr in your graveyard, you can create infinite mana using Necrotic Ooze and Dictate of Karametra. Once you've reached the peak of the American dream, you can begin to fund your military by exiling your graveyard with Pharika and making a snake army. Coat of Arms puts each of them through basics and beefs them up and beat everyone down with an army of snakes that are driving tanks. All that is needed then is to play Extinguish All Hope to ensure your snakes have no opposition.

How the combo works is that with Devoted Druid, Quillspike, and Voyaging Satyr in the graveyard, you will be able to tap a land for 2 mana with Dictate of Karametra on the field (3 if you tap Golgari Rot Farm), tap Necrotic Ooze to untap that land, put a -1/-1 counter on Necrotic Ooze to untap it, then pay either a Black or Green mana to remove the -1/-1 counter from it.

Once infinite Mana is achieved, play a board wipe, have Coat of Arms on the field, exile all non-essential cards from your graveyard to make a roided up army of Snakes. As long as no one realizes what is going on, you will move on to beat the crap out of everyone.

If this scheme fails, then continue to play as a group hug, accepting you lost the election.
