My first EDH deck, an enchantment based slightly political deck with Pharika, utilizing mana ramp to abuse Pharika's snake making ability and hate on graveyard spells. Once you draw any of the win conditions, odds are you'll have the mana to cast it efficiently.

Constructive criticism and suggestions appreciated, but I'd like to keep the cost somewhere between $300 and $400
