Combo!!!

Enchant 1 land with a bunch of enchants and use a spliced Psychic Puppetry to untapped it and keep digging. Then when you get enough mana off the 1 land you can keep looping Petals of Insight with spliced Psychic Puppetry to make infinit mana and start splicing Dampen Thought to mill opponent.

Also note that if you can loop Petals of Insight and the number of cards in your deck is not divisible by 3 you can shortcut to order your entire deck however you choose.
