Personal Jhoira, Weatherlight Capain EDH

Commander / EDH* Artifact Combo UR (Izzet)

Protozerostar

Everything I have is in this deck. Need a lion's eye diamond though.

This deck is about as brutal as it gets. Extreme glass cannon, but the salty rewards can be achieved because of it a fair amount of the time. It's 100% not a practical build, nor a cost effective one thus i'm not exactly recommending it. However, if you're wanting to drop around $1700, then be my guest and take a look at this build. (( Part of it is just due to foils and original sets, but it only varies the price about -$100 or so. ))

There are 2 infinite's in this deck so far, and 3 win strategies. In theory you could have 5 win strategies (( Lab Maniac, Jace, and Mirrodin Besieged I cut )) but I decided to cut them given the need for combo-ing and not wanting to draw into a piece too early.

Jhoira + Sensei's Divining Top + at least 2 or 3 mana reducer's + Sculpting Steel/Phyrexian Metamorph.

This one's a tricky one I discovered recently, but it has some flexibility. If you have Aetherflux Reservoir on the field, Phyrexian Metamorph is a good pick for copying, but if not then stick to Sculpting Steel or you'll be losing 2 life every cycle. 2 mana reducing permanents if you have Semblance Anvil on board, but if not, then go for 3. All you need to do is let Sculpting Steel copy Sensei's Divining Top, then use the original Top's first ability to draw and put itself on top of the deck. Do the copied one next, draw Sensei's, cast, draw Sculpting Steel, cast and copy, rinse and repeat. It can take some time to get to this combo, but with the cards in this build it isn't that hard to achieve turn 4.

Jhoira + at least 1, 2, or 3 mana reducers + Junk Diver/Myr Retriever/Workshop Assistant, sometimes Ashnod's Altar/Phyrexian Altar/Krark-Clan Ironworks.

This infinite combo is also flexible depending on the cards in play as well. For example, if Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks is on the field with a Cloud Key, then an infinite between Junk Diver, Workshop Assistant, Myr Retriever using two of any combination is possible. With Phyrexian Altar, it needs 2 mana reducers, unless Semblance Anvil is on the board. You can also not use any of these and go with at least 2 (( Semblance Anvil + one more )) or 3 mana reducers and have say a Grinding Station to fuel your combo.

Win conditions are as follows: Painter's Servant/Grindstone, and general milling.

Painter's Servant/Grindstone can achieve a turn 1-ish win if you get at minimum 5 specific cards in your hand on the draw. But it's also simple. Call a color with Painter's Servant, Grindstone mills entire deck, use Tormod's Crypt (( or Sentinel Totem, am going to be testing with it too )) to confirm the opponent's deck is now in exile.

Alternate milling using Grinding Station/Altar of Dementia. Altar's not usually going to cut it, but Grinding Station will almost 100% as long as you have a deck that can handle it. In some cases, killing Jhoira when you have an infinite combo is the best way for milling so you don't draw your deck before your opponent mills their entire deck. With mana reducers, it's easy to re-cast Jhoira later on if needed so it's a good infinite mill loop with the second infinite combo.

Other then that, the deck's vulnerable like crazy but that's how I like it to be built. Will hopefully be including some Throne of Eldraine cards in (( like Arcane Signet )) sometime soon, so look forward to that.
