My entry for the third PDH Deckbuilding Challenge (PDH Tiny Leaders) is Stromkirk Captain. Vampires come out fast and consistently as you try to apply pressure as quickly as possible and your commander makes them all major threats. Cantrips, cheap draw, and cheap recursion make sure we always have cards to play.
