Now what can I say about affinity that haven't been said before. Roll out a bunch of artifacts in the first few turns, get Atog out and Fling it at your opponents face for the win. With that in mind what about the next next couple of games when your playing against someone that knows the way the deck works?

I designed this deck to be able to surprise each opponent when it came to sideboarding because, why not? Why not try a little something different? Now you could say that I took bits from other peoples builds, which is true in part like some staples like Thoughtcast, which is a must. But that all part of the learning process. Now you could argue that certain cards may not be an optimal way of playing like Gearseeker Serpent but I'd like to argue that you would be surprised at how much of a hinder that card can be played in the right way.

Now yes! I'm going to address the elephant in the room and say yea,there's no interaction with the board and there's no form of counter spell as well. That's why we have an interchangeable sideboard to fit the situations that we need and play other cards that our opponents wouldn't otherwise think of. Now the sideboard here is only fitted for my local meta but in spite of that it should evolve from tournament to tournament.
