Basically, this deck is made to stop opponents from doing anything meaningful while eventually grinding them out of the game. It's really slow, challenging to play, and feels bad to play against. Decently budget friendly in both MTGO and paper.

The deck uses a combination of circle of protection:x/ rune of protection:x in conbination with lifegain and preventon to lock out the opponent. The win condition is shreikhorn because of its efficient mana cost and there are few ways to recover from mill in pauper. The deck isn't perfect by any means, but it certainly can lock out a lot of decks.
