Well, this used to be a Ramirez deck because he was an uncommon legendary creature but thanks to Dominaria, we have Rona to use. Sorry old friend.

It's a grindy recursion-focused deck whose main wincon involves using Ghostly Flicker/Displace to reuse your ETBs, including an infinite combo with Peregrine + Displace/Ghostly Flicker + Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall/Scrivener.

It's got some "board wipes," removal, and counterspells, everything you expect from a typical commmander deck but with only commons. Its been a lot of fun playing with such a harsh restriction and being able to experiment with a lot of cards that aren't exactly EDH "staples" really changes how you evaluate card quality.
