I'm making my first Pauper deck, I'm open to any suggestions/feedback/tips, Thanks!

This deck focuses on 1 thing and 1 thing only, Mill your opponent as fast as you can. With cards like Mind Sculpt and Thought Scour, it's easy to ruin your opponent's plans early on. In case this deck is faced against another fast deck, there are some counterspells to help prevent loss, such as False Summoning and Mana Leak (which is really good for countering early win conditions). Please help me build this deck, I want to play it at my local game shop and see how it goes. Thanks guys!
